“InLigo Helped us Tremendously”

Pros:
InLigo was very responsive to our needs. They were flexible and willing to work with us as much as we needed. They were also able to work around our schedule, which really helped make the transition process much smoother for our users. We opted to have them work directly with our users to support them with the move to our new software suite, and our users were very complimentary of the way they were treated and the expertise shown by the InLigo staff. InLigo really knows what they’re doing.

Cons:
I cannot think of single thing I didn’t like about them.

Comments:
When we were trying to find a Microsoft partner, I was looking for companies in my geographic area because I thought that would make the process easier. (In retrospect, I don’t think it would’ve mattered either way since most of my dealings with InLigo were on the phone and via email.) Once I found a list of Microsoft partners in my area, I looked at their ratings. InLigo had all 5.0 ratings, so I felt comfortable using them. After making that decision, I can see why they received those ratings, and I’m happy to add my 5.0 rating to the list!

“Superior Service”

Pros:
Harry and Jay provided excellent, prompt service from day one. They anticipated our needs and far surpassed our expectations. Our transition from an in-house email server to Microsoft 365 was seamless thanks to InLigo’s preparedness and professionalism.

Cons:
I can’t think of a thing.

Comments:
I would recommend InLigo to anyone looking for a smart, professional and well qualified group of Microsoft 365 consultants. As any business owner would tell you, it is very hard finding consultants who are well qualified, well prepared, hard working and professional. InLigo is the best!

“Principals Review of Migration to Microsoft Office 365”

Pros:
InLigo is all about good service. They communicate very well with non-IT users and, as such we did not require any third party (middle man) IT support for the transition to Microsoft Office 365. Our situation was urgent. Surge from lightning strikes adversely impacted various components of our LAN and rendered our local domain and Exchange Server useless. InLigo called us within a few hours of our contacting Microsoft. InLigo set up our MicroSoft 365 account and had our new cloud based email services online the same day. The entire migration of several gigabytes of archived email data to cloud storage was complete within about 48 hours.

Cons:
No dislikes.

“Superior job configuring SharePoint site”

Pros:
Our company jumped into BPOS with both feet and limited knowledge. MicroSoft assigned Harry Bridger of InLigo to us and it was the perfect match! Harry built our SharePoint site and guided us through the learning process. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have with easy to understand answers and many times written instructions for later access. Harry Bridger and his team are true professionals with their quiet calm, resourcefulness, and in-depth answers. We highly recommend InLigo to any company.

“Easy transition with InLigo”

Pros:
Harry is very quick to respond any time I call or email him. If he did not know the answer he always found the answer and called or email it to me and he always followed up to make sure my problem was solved.

Cons:
I have no dislikes so far, Harry has gone out of his way to make this an easy move.

Comments:
I would definitely recommend InLigo to anyone wanting to move to Office 365, he is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I was dreading this move but Harry made it easy.

“Great Business Partner”

Pros:
Our company had a tradition “on-premise” approach to delivering the IT services and applications needed to run our business. When it was time to upgrade our email server, we looked at some of the related services (web-conferencings, document management, desktop management) that are offered by Microsoft Online Services. We also asked Microsoft to recommend the best certified partner and they recommended InLigo. After talking and working with Jay and Harry I knew they had the experience and focus on what was best for my company. They put together a strategy, executed perfectly and now my company is saving thousands of dollars a year and running on better services. InLigo is a great busienss partner.

Cons:
Absolutely nothing.

I could not recommend InLigo any more strongly. They understand what clients need and deliver solutions that help make their business more successful.

“InLigo Assisted Email Migration”

Pros:
Our company is a 24/7 operation and we had to keep downtime to a minimum when transitioning to a new hosted email provider. InLigo came on board to assist and was able to devise and implement a plan that kept downtime to a minimum while also keeping our project costs low. The staff at InLigo began the project by getting to know our needs, users and what services we needed in order for the project to be a success. During the mail migration the InLigo staff made themselves available at a moments notice and responded to all our requests in a timely manner. The transition was nearly flawless and the InLigo staff had the few minor issues we encountered resolved quickly. Thanks to their help and advice we are now doing business easier and more effectively with MicroSoft Online Services. InLigo and MicroSoft have added value to our company with their dependability and commitment to service

Cons:
I honestly can’t think of one con to working with InLigo. We are looking forward to working with them on future projects

InLigo has solid knowledge and experience in the MS Online services business. Their management of the client communication was greatly above par. Their deliverables were on-time and on-budget. While the cost was very competitive by itself, with their communication and delivery, it was a superior value. I look forward to our next project with InLigo.

It’s rare in the IT management world where you can unequivocally recommend a business. I had a great experience with InLigo and I unequivocally recommend InLigo. I had a project that was mission critical and required specialized knowledge (companywide mail migration to Exchange Online). They scoped the issues, laid down a plan, and executed it without issue. No ‘oops’, no drama, no hidden fees, just ‘as specified delivery’. My CEO was happy, the CFO was giddy, and staff productivity never missed a beat. What more do want? They are the real deal. There is nothing not to like there. Seriously.
